Hi. I am Almudena. Despite my generally optimistic and happy disposition, my life has been marked by patterns of feeling the need to escape, not feeling seen, and resentfully accepting not very fitting relationships and careers, a combination of wanting to meet social standards and not a very strong of self-esteem.

For the last 13 years I have been on a deep journey of re-wiring, knowing myself and making the much needed inner and outer shifts to design the life experience that brings me peace, as a woman, a mother, ex-wife, professional leader, and human being in service to you. Living in alignment with who I am and my values is key. The journey continues. In the words of Michael Jackson, if you wanna make the world a better place, take a look at your self and make a change.
